1. Who we are

The WhatBot (“we”, “our”, “us”) operates WhatBot Sheet Calender — a tool that connects to Google Sheets and Google Calendar via the Google Cloud API to sync, edit and display the data you choose. Our website is https://thewhatbot.com.

 

2. What data we collect

4. How we share data

We never sell or rent your data. It is shared only with:

 

Our ISO 27001‑certified hosting provider under a data‑processing agreement

 

Law‑enforcement or regulators when legally required

 

5. Your controls

Revoke access: Google Account > Security > Third‑party apps

 

Export / delete: email info@thewhatbot.com; we comply within 30 days

 

Opt‑out of analytics: toggle “Send usage statistics” inside Settings

 

6. Security

OAuth 2.0 with least‑privilege tokens

 

TLS 1.2+ in transit; AES‑256 at rest

 

Annual penetration tests & 24 h log monitoring

 

7. Children

The service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

 

8. Changes

If we make material changes, we will post them here and email you at least 7 days before they take effect.
